Ingredients

Whey protein concentrate (WPC), defatted cocoa powder, L-glutamine, L-leucine, flavor and sweetener: sucralose. Contains milk (including lactose). May contain traces of soy.

Dosage

Mix 34.8 g (approx. 2 level scoops of Whey Protein) in 250 ml of water and take preferably after training to slow down protein catabolism and promote muscle anabolism. On non-training days as an additional source of protein.
