nutrihealcyprus.com is operated by A.P. YOUR FIT LTD (VAT number 10342990U), Θεσσαλονίκης 5-B25, B Block, Αγλαντζιά, Λευκωσία 2122, Cyprus ("Nutriheal", "we").

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price was shown incorrectly or payment is not authorised; any amount already paid is refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed, through the payment methods shown at checkout.

Products

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of children. Read the label before use. Product information on this site describes the products as labelled by their manufacturers; it is not medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, ask a doctor or pharmacist before using a supplement.

Consultations

Nutrition consultations are booked separately through the booking link and follow the terms shown at booking; they are not part of a product order.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. Consumers may also contact the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service.
