Your right to cancel

As a consumer you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at info@nutrihealcyprus.com with your order number, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, food supplements, sports nutrition, sprays, balms and other sealed goods cannot be returned once the seal, tamper band or packaging has been opened. E-books cannot be returned once the download has started, because you agreed to this at checkout. Products damaged by heat or incorrect storage after delivery cannot be returned.

Condition and return postage

Returned goods must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. The cost of sending the goods back is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service. You can also bring them to our shop in Aglantzia, Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00.

Refunds

We refund the price of the goods and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return, to the payment method used for the order.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of receiving it, with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it, including the return postage. Your legal guarantee rights under Cyprus law are not affected.
