Description

Gluten-free oat energy bar with slow and fast carbohydrates for sustained energy. In sweet and savory flavors without palm oil, vegan (except for the banana with white chocolate which is vegetarian). The savory options have a high sodium content for better hydration.

• 10.4% White chocolate drops (≥22.5% cocoa) - sugar, lactose, cocoa butter, anhydrous milk fat, emulsifier: soy lecithin, starch, flavoring 
• 17.7% Roasted Peanuts
• Margarine (coconut oil, water, rapeseed vegetable oil, emulsifier: mono- & diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: sorbic acid, aroma, coloring: carotenes)
• 0.9% Dehydrated powder
• Flavorings
• Preservative; potassium sorbate

How to Use

Suitable for all sports (cycling, running, endurance), before or after exercise. Also ideal as a snack during the day.

• With isotonic drink: 1 bar every 90 minutes
• Without isotonic drink: 1 bar every 60 minutes
• After 3 hours of activity: 1 bar every 30-60 minutes
• Also suitable as a pre-workout snack, for breakfast or between meals
