• 50% Oat flakes (gluten-free)
• Invert sugar syrup
  
• Margarine (coconut oil, water, rapeseed vegetable oil, emulsifier: mono- & diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: sorbic acid, flavor, coloring: carotenes)
• 7.3% Dark chocolate chips (≥65% cocoa) sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin
• Low-fat cocoa powder
• Flavorings
• Preservative; potassium sorbate

Instructions for Use

Suitable for all sports (cycling, running, endurance), before or after exercise. Also ideal as a snack during the day.

• With isotonic drink: 1 bar every 90 minutes
• Without isotonic drink: 1 bar every 60 minutes
• After 3 hours of activity: 1 bar every 30-60 minutes
• Also suitable as a pre-workout snack, for breakfast or between meals
