Ingredients

Glucose syrup, sucrose, water, pectin (pectin, acidity regulators: sodium-potassium tartrate, polyphosphate; maltodextrin), acidity regulator: acid. citric; Branched Chain Amino Acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), Flavouring, Magnesium Citrate, Sea Salt, L-Arginine AKG, L-Taurine, Caffeine, Corn Starch, Potassium Chloride, Coating Oil (Coconut Oil , coating agent: carnauba wax), dry extract of guarana (Paullinia cupana) (12% caffeine), carrot and blackcurrant concentrate.
May contain traces of gluten, egg, fish, soy and milk (including lactose).

Dosage

Take one bar approximately every 45 minutes of physical activity.

Professional advice:

• If you also take Isodrink & Energy: Take one bar approximately every hour of physical activity. After 3 hours, take one bar every 30 minutes (2 bars/hour).
  
• If you do NOT take Isodrink & Energy: Take one bar approximately every 30 minutes (2 bars/hour) of physical activity. After 3 hours, take one bar every 20 minutes (3 bars/hour).
  
• In this case, as a professional recommendation to avoid dehydration, we suggest taking approximately 1 capsule of PRO Salt Caps every 60 – 90 minutes of physical activity.
  
• If you do NOT take Isodrink & Energy and you want to combine them with our Energy Gel or Energy Bar: Take one bar approximately every 30 minutes (2 bars/hour) of physical activity. After 3 hours, take one bar every 20 minutes (3 bars/hour). But if you combine them with our Energy Gel, you can replace or alternate a bar with a gel. And if the Energy GUM Bar Salty Peanut (salty bar) you could eliminate the intake of the PRO Salt Caps capsule.
