In addition to the effective energy supply from carbohydrates through the Energy Gel, SQUEEZY SALT TABS with salt and minerals are the ideal supplement for use during intense physical exertion with high sweat loss.

Ingredients

Salt (Sodium): Contains approximately 500 mg of salt per tablet, which corresponds to about 200 mg of sodium.
Potassium: Contains around 60 mg per tablet, important for maintaining fluid-electrolyte balance.
Other ingredients: Common excipients and coating agents used in tablets, such as hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (coating), calcium phosphate (filler), cellulose (binder), and rice extract (anti-caking agent).
The tablets contain zero sugar, fat, and protein, as they are a specialized salt and mineral supplement for athletic use.
Free from artificial colors, flavors, gluten, and lactose – suitable for vegetarians due to the plant-based coating.

Dosage

It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets per hour during intense exercise with heavy sweating. Do not exceed 10 tablets per day.
