Pregnancy Complex is a specialized multivitamin and mineral formula designed to support both mother and baby throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding.
It provides 27 essential nutrients, including folic acid (400 μg – the recommended dose for fetal development), iron, iodine, vitamin D3, B-complex vitamins, and carotenoids.
The formula contains 100% active ingredients, free from artificial fillers or “junk” additives.
It is suitable for use during all trimesters of pregnancy as well as throughout the breastfeeding period.

Ingredients

Contains 27 active ingredients:
• Vitamins: A (as beta-carotene), C, D2, E, K1, B complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, folic acid, biotin).
• Minerals: iron (bisglycinate), zinc, magnesium, calcium, selenium, iodine, copper, chromium, manganese, molybdenum, boron, potassium.
• Other ingredients: choline, inositol, amino acid blend, natural carotenoids (lutein, zeaxanthin), spirulina, alfalfa, bilberry.
🌿 100% plant-based formula, no artificial additives, GMOs or preservatives.

Dosage

2 capsules daily, preferably with food.
They can be taken together or separately (e.g. 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon).
